Before you sign any contracts to purchase or rent your next home, I can provide you with a cut-to-the-chase 3 page feng shui property appraisal providing the most pertinent pros and cons of the home in regard to the surrounding landform and general flying star feng shui overview. I'll let you know if there is anything major you should definitely be aware of ahead-of-time. In order to do this appraisal, I need to be able to clearly see the the roof line of the building from google earth, so I'll need the address, an A4 copy of the floor plan showing all internal rooms, windows and doors, when the building was constructed (ie before or after 4 Feb 1944, 1964, 1984 or 2004) and if/when any major renovations covering the majority of the entire floor plan have been implemented since the original construction. If it's an apartment within a larger complex, I'll need to know where it is located in relation to the complex. This appraisal does not include an on-site visit to the property and only applies to residential property currently advertised for sale or rent.
Note: if you decide to rent or purchase the property after paying for the initial appraisal and would then like a full detailed feng shui report for the property, the cost of the initial appraisal already paid will be deducted from the subsequent full report cost.
